Starting 8:30 AM, Thursday, March 23, 2023, Bismarck Expressway will be reduced to one lane eastbound, from 22nd Street to 26th Street. The outside eastbound lane of Bismarck Expressway will be closed to traffic for the removal of boulevard trees. The lane closure be in place Thursday and Friday till 3:30 pm daily, weather permitting.
Traffic speeds will be reduced to 25 MPH. Traffic may experience congestion during peak hours.
No Detour will be provided.
