BISMARCK, ND – Starting 8:15 AM, Monday, February 13, 2023, the traffic signal at the intersection of Main Avenue and 5th Street will be taken out of service. The intersection will be controlled with stop signs. Edling Electric will be making repairs to the traffic signal standard in the northeast quadrant of the intersection. This traffic signal should be back in service by 5:00 PM the same day.
No detour will be provided.
