Starting 6:00 PM, Monday, May 23, 2022, 9th Street north of Front Avenue will be closed to traffic.
A contractor will be installing bird netting under the railroad Structure.
Northbound traffic will be detoured east on Front Avenue to 12th Street and back to Main Avenue. 9th Street will reopen to traffic at 7:00 AM Tuesday Morning.
