Washington Street Remains Closed
BISMARCK, N.D. – Washington Street remains closed to thru traffic at Wachter Avenue. Billings Drive and Munich Drive are also closed at Washington Street.
Southbound traffic is being detoured east on Wachter Avenue to University Drive. Northbound traffic should use Burleigh Avenue to University Drive.
This portion of Washington Street is being closed until further notice. Pumps are in place to pump water from the Wachter drainage ditch across Washington Street.
Bismarck Parks and Rec has also closed the walking path from third street west to Riverwood Golf Course.
