Starting Monday, November 15, 2021, at 8:30 am, 3rd Street between E Avenue A and E Avenue B will be closed to through traffic to connect to a sewer main in the middle of 3rd Street. After the sewer connection has been completed, 3rd Street will be reopened to through traffic. Parking will be removed near the excavation area, and traffic lanes will be shifted to the east side of 3rd Street. Traffic will be restored on Monday, November 22, 2021.
No Detour routes will be provided, and traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
Access to local business will be maintained.
