BISMARCK, N.D. – Starting at 7:00 am on Monday, September 27, 2021, Avenue B will be closed to through traffic for a contractor to do an underground sewer connection at the intersection of 5th Street and Avenue B. Traffic on 5th Street will be shifted to the east side of the roadway during this time. Work should be completed by the end of the day, Friday, October 1, 2021.
Access for local residents will be maintained.
