Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following item:
• Request of the Renaissance Zone Authority to amend the Renaissance Zone Development Plan regarding approval criteria for rehabilitation of multi-family residential properties in the Renaissance Zone, procedures for data collection from project recipients, and other changes.
At this hearing, the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested parties to be heard with respect to this item. Due to ongoing public health concerns related to COVID-19, the City of Bismarck is encouraging citizens to provide their comments for this item in writing or via email. Interested parties may submit written or email comments regarding this request to be received at least one business day prior to the meeting to the Community Development Department, PO Box 5503, Bismarck, North Dakota 58506-5503 or e-mail.
