This week, the Missouri Valley Coalition for Homeless People, Inc. is observing Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, November 15 – 22 in our community. This is an annual program where people come together to draw attention to the problems of hunger and homelessness.
The Missouri Valley Coalition for Homeless People invites you to get involved and volunteer to help end hunger and homelessness in the community. During this week, the events scheduled provide an opportunity for community members to experience first-hand what someone experiencing homelessness may endure while seeking and obtaining the services they need to get back on their feet. There are a number of ways you can take part to make a difference.
