Starting at 9:00 am, Tuesday, September 22, 2020, Avenue C will be closed to through traffic between 10th Street and 11th Street, to remove a tree along Avenue C.
The closure will be in place until noon on Tuesday.
Access to local traffic will be maintained.
No detour will be in place.
