Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, September 20, 2020, Rosser Avenue will be closed to through traffic from N 4th Street to N 6th Street for the installation of a water main replacement across Rosser Avenue. N 5th Street will be closed to traffic between Thayer Avenue and East Avenue C.
Suggested detour routes for east/west travel in the Central Business District will be Main Avenue to East Avenue C.
Access to businesses will be maintained.
Access in the Courthouse Parking Lot from the east on Rosser Avenue.
Traffic can anticipate congestion and are asked to seek alternate routes.
