[ARCHIVED] Board of City Commission Public Hearing Notice 5-24-11

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of the Oxentenko Trust for the annexation of Lots 1-3, Block 1, Oxentenko Commercial Properties.

• Request of Sattler Homes, Inc. for the annexation of Lots 1-10, Block 1; Lot 1, Block 2; Lots 1-2, Block 3; Lots 1-2, Block 4; Lot 1, Block 5 and Lot 1, Block 7, Sattler’s Sunrise Sixth Addition.

• Request of Sattler Homes, Inc. for the annexation of Lots 19-25, Block 2 and Lots 1-3, Block 4, Sattler’s Sunrise Eighth Addition.

• Request of Jomani Developing, LLC, et al, for a zoning change from the CG-Commercial, RT-Residential, R10-Residential and R5-Residential to PUD-Planned Unit Development for Lots 1-24, Block 3, to R10-Residential for Lots 5-9, Block 1, to RT-Residential for Lots 3-4, Block 1 and Lots 2-4, Block 2 and to CG-Commercial for Lots 1-2, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, Sonnet Heights Subdivision Fifth Replat. The property is located along the west side of Ottawa Street between LaSalle Drive and 43rd Avenue NE (A replat of Lot 4, Block 23, Lots 1-3, Block 24, Lots 10-27, Block 25, Lots 9-18, Block 26 and Lots 1-4, Block 27, Sonnet Heights Subdivision).

At these public hearings, the Board of City Commissioners will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items. Descriptions of these requests are on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
