Starting at 8:15 A.M., Thursday, August 6, 2020, Avenue C between Washington Street and Mandan Street will be closed to through traffic for removal of a tree.
No detour route will be provided.
Avenue C will be reopened to traffic at noon on Thursday.
Traffic can anticipate congestion and are asked to seek alternate routes.
