Starting at 7:00 am, Tuesday, July 28, 2020, Avenue C will be closed at 8th Street to through traffic, to install a water main.
The closure will be in place until the end of the day Friday, July 31, 2020.
Access to local residents will be maintained.
No detour will be in place.
Traffic can expect delays during peak hours and are asked to plan ahead and seek alternate routes.
