Question 3 - Shall Article 3, Section 17d of the Home Rule Charter be amended to authorize the use of sales tax revenue to pay for the costs of this special election?
No, 4,454 votes. 4,182 yes votes.
The Bismarck Board of Commissioners will determine the effective date of Question1 at the City Commission Meeting April 26, 2011.
