The Bismarck Human Relations Committee is seeking nominations for an individual, business or non-profit organization that has exhibited leadership in the area of human rights with a focus upon recognizing persons in the community that educate, identify, protect and promote personal dignity and eliminate discriminatory barriers that prevent people from reaching their full human potential.
