Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issue:
• Request of Todd Neff for a primary residential use within the building at 100 West Broadway Avenue as a Renaissance Zone project. The property, Unit 316, is within the parcel legally described as Lots 1-24, Block 58, Original Plat.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on this project.
