Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of 161 Commercial, LLC and FRF Investments, LLP for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agriculture zoning district to the R5-Residential and P-Public zoning districts and a final plat for Clear Sky Addition, a 229-lot subdivision on 86.27 acres. The property is located east of Bismarck, between East Main Avenue/County Highway 10 and Apple Creek Road, along the east side of 52nd Street SE (part of Government Lots 6 and 7 and part of the E1/2 of the SW1/4, including Lot 1 of Lot “A” and Lot 2 of Lot “A” of said SW1/4, Section 6, T138N- R79W/Apple Creek Township).
• Request of Kraft, LLC, Mariner Construction Inc., and Metro Concrete Inc. for approval of a minor subdivision final plat for Igoe’s Industrial No. 3, a three-lot subdivision on 4.47 acres. The property is located southeast of Bismarck, south of Apple Creek Road and east of Yegen Road, along the south side of Fuller Avenue and the west side of Beech Street (all of Lots 4 and 5, Block 3, Igoe’s Industrial No. 1, the East 110 feet of the North 304 feet of the South 337.13 feet of Block 4, Igoe’s Industrial No. 2, all of Auditor’s Lot B of part of Block 4 of the Resurvey Plat of part of Igoe’s Industrial No. 1 and 2 and parts of Fuller Avenue and Beech Street, all in the NW1/4, Section 12, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township).
• Request of VHN Properties, LLC for approval of a minor subdivision final plat for Trillium Fourth Addition First Replat, a two-lot subdivision on 1.46 acres. The property is located in southeast Bismarck, south of East Bismarck Expressway and east of South 26th Street on the south side of Morrison Avenue (a replat of Lot 2A of Lot 2, Block 4, Trillium Fourth Addition).
• Request of Attas Boutrous and Ronald Knutson for approval of a zoning change from the Conditional RT-Residential zoning district to the RT-Residential zoning district for Lot 1, Block 2, Good Shepherd North Addition. The property is located in northwest Bismarck, along the west side of North Washington Street south of and at the intersection with Medora Drive.
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
