Starting at noon on Sunday, September 23, 2018, 7th Street will be reduced to one lane southbound, south of Avenue F through Avenue D. The lane reduction will be in place for a sanitary sewer connection in the middle of 7th Street to the new addition at Bismarck High School.
Traffic control devices will be in place beginning south of Boulevard Avenue to combine two lanes of traffic into one lane. During morning peak traffic flow drivers should anticipate congestions south of Boulevard Avenue.
The lane reduction will be in place until Monday evening, weather permitting.
Congestions can be expected during peak hour traffic.
