Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018, East Avenue C from Washington Street to 4th Street will be closed to through east/west traffic. The closure will be from the west approach of 4th Street through the east approach of Washington Street.
North/south traffic will be maintained on 3rd Street through the E Avenue C intersection.
Avenue C will be closed for curb and gutter repair. At 3rd Street, Avenue C will be closed for water main and sewer connections.
Access for local residents will be maintained.
No detour will be in place.
The construction work will be ongoing for approximately two weeks, weather permitting.
Congestion can be expected during peak hour traffic.
