Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of RBK Ventures, LLP for the annexation of Lot 2, Block 1, Memory First Addition and the adjacent 57th Avenue NE and North 19th Street rights-of-way. The property is located north of Bismarck, along the east side of US Highway 83/State Street and the north side of an eastern extension of 57th Avenue NE.
• Request of 57 North Investors, LLP and EPIC Companies for approval of a zoning change from the Conditional RT-Residential zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district for the eastern portion of Lot 1, Block 2, Daybreak Medical Addition (to be known as Lot 1A of Lot 1, Block 2). The property is located in north Bismarck, north of 57th Avenue NE and east of North Washington Street, in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of East Greenfield Drive and Saints Drive.
• Request of Jeffrey Gerbitz for approval of a zoning change from the R10-Residential zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district for part of Auditor’s Lot 3, Section 3, T138N-R80W/City Lands. The property is located in central Bismarck, north of East Bismarck Expressway and east of South 12th Street, on the west side of Boehm Drive.
