Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issue:
• Request of InVision Properties, LLP for a Renaissance Zone designation for the building at 815 East Main Avenue. The property is legally described as Tract 815 of the NE ¼ of Section 4, Township 138 N, Range 80 W.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on this project.
