Starting Monday, Nov. 20, 2017 at 8:00 a.m., Front Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 3rd Street and 5th Street. The closure is in place to allow for a connection of water and sewer for the new First Western Bank at the corner of 3rd Street and Front Avenue.
Access to Bismarck Parks and Recreation will be maintained from 5th Street. Access to and Dakota Trophy will be available from 3rd Street.
This closure will be in place until late into the evening of Nov. 22, 2017.
Congestion can be expected during peak hour traffic. Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
