BISMARCK, ND - Mayor Seminary presented the State of the City address to a group of over 350 at a Chamber breakfast and shared highlights and priorities for the City of Bismarck. Infrastructure and public safety topped the list of priorities in addition to the importance of listening, quality of life, innovation, facilitation and collaboration.
