The Bismarck Human Relations Committee in partnership with the Legacy Culinary Arts Program will host an “An Evening in Liberia” cultural dinner event, Nov. 16, 6:30 – 8:30 P.M., at Legacy High School, 3400 East Calgary Avenue, Bismarck.
Please join us and enjoy a taste of Liberia! The menu for the Liberian dinner includes a one-dish main course consisting of cassava, country chop (a mixture of organic chicken, fish, potatoes and greens cooked in palm oil), served with palava sauce, parboiled rice and plantain dessert!
