The Bismarck Police Department will conduct a promotion ceremony for two officers who are being promoted within the department.
Roger Marks III is being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Dan Salander is being promoted to the rank of Sergeant. The ceremony will be held at the Bismarck Police Department on July 21, 2017 at 3:30 p.m., in classroom 2.
The officer’s family, friends and other members of the department will be attending the ceremony.
