Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, University Drive south of Denver Avenue will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
In addition to the reduction in the number of lanes, the lane width will be restricted to 12 feet. Any oversized loads traveling on University Drive should utilize the detour route of Bismarck Expressway and Airport Road.
The lane reduction and width restriction is part of the South 12th Street storm water project and will allow for connection to the storm water facility in the middle of Bismarck Expressway.
The lane reduction and width restriction will be in place until early August.
Congestion can be expected during peak traffic hours. Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
