Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Request of the City of Bismarck for approval of a text amendment relating to Downtown Sign Regulations (Section 4-04-04 and Section 04-04-09 of the City Code of Ordinances). The proposed amendment would support previously adopted goals from the 2013 Downtown Subarea Study and 2015 Downtown Design Guidelines and provide staff and the Renaissance Zone Authority a clear and consistent means to evaluate all new sign requests.
Descriptions of these requests are on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
