South 12th Street is closed from Bismarck Expressway to 200 feet south of Bismarck Expressway for construction of storm water improvements.
Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, June 26, 2017, Bismarck Expressway at 12th Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction on Bismarck Expressway.
In addition to the reduction in the number of lanes, the lane width will be restricted to 12 feet. Any oversized loads traveling on Bismarck Expressway should utilize the detour route on University Drive and Airport Road.
The lane reduction and width restriction are part of the South 12th Street Storm Water Project and will allow for the connection to the storm water facility in the middle of Bismarck Expressway.
This lane restriction and reduction will be in place until July 21, 2017.
Congestion can be expected during peak traffic hours. Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
