The Bismarck Human Relations Committee invites you to join the second annual celebration of culture. Dress up and wear your cultural attire! There will be booths, music, and foods to showcase countries representing the rich diversity of our community. The event will take place at Gateway Mall, 2700 St. Street, Bismarck, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Enjoy a variety of cultural foods, gifts, and crafts including the God’s Child Project crafts from Guatemala, FilAm crafts and dry goods, JoAnn’s Fabrics and Crafts, Surprise Church, McCabe United Methodist Church Youth Group and so much more! Entertainment, storytelling, music, dancing and fun! Door prizes and two Father’s Day giveaways will take place during the festival. Join the fun with our community partners Bismarck Global Neighbors, Bismarck Police Department, Bismarck Public Schools English Language Learners Welcome Center, Lutheran Social Services, Missouri Valley YMCA, Bismarck Veterans Memorial Library and the Sacred Pipe Resource Center and so much more! Entertainment, storytelling, music, dancing and fun!
The entertainment line-up will include Fil Am Community traditional dancing from the Philippines, Bakya, Kulintang drums. Folk Dance, Tagalog Song, YMCA dance group, local folk musician Kris Kitko, accordian music by Johan Stenslie, storytime with Mary Louise Defender Wilson and more!
