Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, December 28, 2010, approved an ordinance rezoning from the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district to the CG-Commercial zoning district on Lot A-1, Block 1, U-Rent Subdivision.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
