Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Request of Pete and Elaine Brendel for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the RR-Residential zoning district for Last Chance Subdivision, a 20-lot subdivision on 40.13 acres. The property is located northeast of Bismarck, between 71st Avenue NE and 57th Avenue NE, along the west side of 26th Street NE (part of the NE1/4 including Auditor’s Lot A of the NE1/4 of Section 10, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
