The NDDOT and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have LIFTED the No Travel Advisory for areas east of Bismarck. A Travel Alert is in effect for Bismarck, Jamestown, Valley City, Minot, Devils Lake, Grand Forks, and surrounding areas.
