Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016, 3rd Street and 5th Street will be closed to traffic from Main Avenue to Front Avenue to install vehicle detectors for the Quiet Rail System.
The 3rd Street closure will be in place until 12:00 p.m., weather permitting. When 3rd Street is closed, please use 5th Street.
The 5th Street closure will be in place until 5:00 p.m., weather permitting. When 5th Street is closed, please use 3rd Street.
Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
