Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016, 3rd Street and 5th Street will be closed to traffic from Main Avenue to Front Avenue to install vehicle detectors for the Quiet Rail System. A detour will be in place.
The 3rd Street closure will be in place until 12:00 p.m., weather permitting.
The 5th Street closure will be in place until 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.
Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
