Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, November 23, 2010, approved an ordinance rezoning from the R10-Residential zoning district to the R5-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-11, Block 1, Whispering Pointe and Lot 1, Block 1, Whispering Bay.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
