The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) hereby requests proposals from all interested and qualified aerial mapping and photogrammetric firms desiring to conduct digital color orthophotography and topographic mapping services that satisfy the requirements specified in the “Request For Proposals” (RFP) for the Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Written proposals should address (at a minimum) the following items concerning the firm:
1) Project approach2) Organizational description
3) Project management approach4) MPO obligation
5) References6) Sample orthophotos
A complete list of evaluation criteria is included within the RFP. The MPO reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. The MPO reserves the right to limit interviews to as few as three firms, whose proposals most clearly meet the RFP requirements.
A Request for Proposal, including a study area map with a Scope of Work and detailed project requirements will be sent to interested firms for this project. Written proposals from qualified consultants must be received on or before 12:00 p.m. Central Time, October 16, 2015.
