Starting on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, Arbor Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 9th Street and 12th Street for major street repairs. No detour will be in place.
Businesses on Arbor Avenue can be accessed from Bismarck Expressway.
The closure is expected to be in place until Friday, August 14, 2015.
