City Forester Beth Peske wants home owners in Bismarck to know that all commercial tree services doing work in the City of Bismarck must be licensed with the City Forestry Division as stated in City Ordinance Title 13-02-05. Part of this requirement is meant to protect homeowner’s trees and property from uninsured commercial tree services.
