Burleigh County Rural Fire Department and several other area fire departments have responded to a rural fire in south Bismarck. Residents are asked to stay out of the area to allow responders unencumbered access to the fire. Residents on 89th Avenue and 33rd St are being asked to evacuate as a precautionary measure.
