Mayor Mike Seminary spoke about Bismarck’s sustainability, growth management, facilitation, innovation and using resources in a way that creates an environment that retains or attracts talent at the annual Chamber of Commerce State of the Cities breakfast today.
“Decisions we make the next four years tee us up for the next twenty," said Mayor Seminary.
