Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2014, the traffic signal at the intersection of Main Avenue and Bismarck Expy will be shut off for the relocation of underground conductors to accommodate the installation of the eastbound right turn lane.
During the time the signal is off line, the intersection will be controlled with flagmen.
The traffic signal is scheduled to be back on line by early afternoon.
Motorists are asked to use other routes when possible to avoid delays.
