Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Presentation and public hearing on the Fringe Area Road Master Plan Update. This Plan will identify the collector and arterial roadways desirable to support known development and future development in the areas adjacent to Bismarck, Mandan and Lincoln. A copy of the draft Plan is available for download and review on the project website (fringeroadplan.com). It is expected that the City Commission will take action regarding the adoption of the Plan, as a component of the City’s Master Plan, at the conclusion of the public hearing.
A description of this request is on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
