Bismarck Mayor John Warford is looking for candidates interested in serving on the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority as a Technical Advisor. The volunteer committee has one open position; a non-voting technical advisor. Anyone residing in the City of Bismarck and with a background in Architecture is eligible for this appointment.
Interested applicants should complete an application form describing their qualifications, background and why they would like to serve on the Authority. Complete applications should be sent to:

The Renaissance Zone Authority is a seven member advisory board that makes recommendations on requests for designation as a Renaissance Zone project and CORE Incentive Grant program applications. The Renaissance Zone Authority also provides guidance on Downtown Design Review and other activities impacting the core of the community.
The Renaissance Zone Authority meets the third Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th Street, Bismarck.
