Bismarck Civic Center Changing Parking Fees
WHAT: Bismarck Civic Center is changing its parking fee from $2 to $5 effective January 2, 2014. The $5 parking fee will be in place for parking lots B & E and will be charged for all events. Parking lots C & D will remain at no charge until this fall.
