Starting at 8:00 am on Wednesday, July 21st, the City of Bismarck Street Department will mill and overlay the roadway on River Road between Burnt Boat Drive and the north entrance of the Water Treatment Plant.
North and south bound traffic will be restricted to one lane due to the narrowness of the roadway with flaggers directing traffic. Motorists should expect congestion and exercise caution in this area. Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.
Weather permitting; the milling and overlay operation will take place Wednesday, July 21st through Friday, July 23rd.
