Teens age 13-17 can get their library card fines of up to $10 waived during Teen Read Week, October 14-20*. Teens who have lost their library card may also receive a free replacement (usually there is a $1 charge). Simply stop by Bismarck Public Library and complete the waiver form available at the checkout desk. Come celebrate Teen Read Week with us!
