Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agricultural and R5-Residential zoning districts to the R5-Residential and P-Public zoning districts on Eagle Crest Fifth Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
