Bowen Ave. will close Thursday, July 12 until Tuesday, July 17
WHAT: Bowen Ave. will be closed Feb. 2 at 8:00 AM and will remain closed until the morning of Feb. 19. This closure is to accommodate concerts occurring at the Bismarck Civic Center.
These concerts include:

Trespass America Tour featuring Five Finger Death Punch July 16
WHEN: Bowen will be closed the afternoon of July 12 until the morning of July 17
