In preparation for enforcement of the new parking ordinance passed at the Bismarck City Commission meeting on January 24th, starting immediately the Bismarck Police Department will no longer be marking parked vehicles with chalk on the tires.
This means you won't be able to look at your car and think that because there is no chalk on the tire it hasn't been marked.
The Bismarck Police Department will not be enforcing the new parking ordinance passed on January 24th until new parking signs have been put up. The public will be notified prior to enforcement of the new parking ordinance.
