Bismarck Mayor John Warford presented the 2011 State of the Cities address this morning at the annual Bismarck Mandan Chamber of Commerce breakfast event. Mayor Warford reported Bismarck's continued success in spite of the flood challenges of 2011 and affirmed that Bismarck is "Rock Solid" - strong economy, plentiful jobs and excellent quality of life.
